SunEdison Completes 1.28MW of Solar Project in Minnesota
SunEdison, Inc. today announced the completion of two solar power systems totaling 1,280kW AC. The systems were developed for the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities' waste water treatment plant in partnership with Oak Leaf Energy Partners. SunEdison constructed and financed the installation of the systems. -

Canadian Solar Closes Purchase of 59.8MW Ontario Assets from KKR
Canadian Solar Inc. today announced it has closed on the purchase of three operating solar projects totaling 59.8MW AC from KKR. The total approximate enterprise value of this transaction is C$270 Million (USD$203.7 Million). In conjunction with this acquisition, Canadian Solar also closed a USD$50 Million loan with Credit Suisse. -
