3 Can you provide PV system design and package sale service of the whole system?
Can you provide installation guidance and door-to-door installation service? If there is a larger system, we suggest that the customer can seek the design of the local power company, and we will provide quotations according to the material list, and we will provide transportation service to the port. For the system design, we will provide the data collection form for the customer to fill in, including land information, grid voltage, etc. During the quotation process, we will also provide the bracket drawings for the customer's reference. For the installation part, our company can provide remote and online guidance service. At present there is no door-to-door installation service.
4 Can you provide DDP price? Can we make a lower invoice to reduce the import tariff?
