Hareon Solar to Invest $35 Million to Build 3 China Facilities

Hareon Solar Technology Co. will invest 220 million yuan ($35 million) to build three facilities in China, according to a filing to the Shanghai stock exchange.

The Chinese company will set up an office in Shanghai for 200 million yuan to sell cells and modules and invest in solar farms, Hareon said in the statement.

Hareon will spend 10 million yuan each on facilities in Jilin and Shandong provinces that will develop photovoltaic, solar-wind hybrid and hydro power projects, according to separate statements to the bourse.
