Hanwha Q CELLS Co. Ltd. has signed an agreement with O2 emc to supply 28MW of solar PV modules.

"Hanwha Q CELLS is pleased to be working with O2 again," said Justin Lee, managing director of Hanwha Q CELLS America. "The North Carolina market has become one of the largest markets in the US, and we are excited to be working with a major player in that region."

The modules will be used at O2 emc's Montgomery Solar plant. Construction will commence in May and is scheduled to reach completion in November, 2015.

"This is our second major order in less than a year with Hanwha Q CELLS," said Joel Olsen, O2 emc's CEO. "Hanwha Q CELLS' reputation for high quality manufacturing and long term module performance makes our investors comfortable financing projects using Q CELLS branded modules."
